Nail-Patella Syndrome Report of a case

A 27-year-old man visited our clinic, complaining of congenital absence of bilateral thumbnails. Roentgenological findings showed iliac horns, hypoplasia and lateral tilting of both patellae and spur-like deformity of cuneiforms. He had congenital dislocation of left hip as a past history. Family history were as follows. His first son had deformed thin thumbnails, iliac horns and asymmetrical hypoplatic patellae and congenital club feet as a past history.
