Savremeno društvo karakteriše intenzivan razvoj IKT-a (Informaciono komunikacionih tehnologija), čime su stvoreni uslovi za značajne i kvalitetne promene u svim sferama društva. Socijalne mreže, elektronsko bankarstvo, elektronsko učenje, čip kartice koje svakodnevno koristimo neki su od vidova savremenih informacionih tehnologija. more » ... nformacionih tehnologija, koje su značajno uticale i na inoviranje vaspitno-obrazovnog procesa predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja. Ova prva karika u lancu obrazovanja, mora postati temelj i priprema za tehnološku i medijsku pismenost novih generacija. U radu biće prikazane okolnosti koje nedvosmisleno ukazuju na potrebu za primenu savremenih informacionih tehnologija u vaspitno-obrazovnom radu dece predškolskog uzrasta, i potrebu za dodatnu edukaciju vaspitača u pogledu upotrebe novih obrazovnih tehnologija. Abstract: Modern society is characterized by intensive development of ICT (Information and communication technologies), thus creating the conditions for meaningful and quality changes in all spheres of society. Social networks, e-banking, e-learning, chip cards -daily use some of the aspects of modern information technology. The development of modern technology is reflected in the relationship between society and the individual towards the upbringing and education system. The last decade of the 20th century was marked by a very rapid development of information technology that have significantly influenced the innovation process of educational preschool education. The first link in the chain of education, has become the foundation and prepare for technology and media literacy of young generations. The paper will show that the circumstances clearly indicate the need for the application of modern information technologies in educational work of preschool children, and the need for additional training for teachers regarding the use of new educational technologies.
