A Clinical Study and Management of Varicocele

Varicocele, an abnormal dilatation and tortuosity of the pampiniform plexus of veins is found in about 15% of the general population with a marked left sided predominance. However this incidence rises to 35% in men with primary infertility and 70 to 80% in men with secondary infertility. Results: In our study out of Out of 100 patients maximum 42.00% patients were farmer followed by 22.00% patients were Coolies and Rickshaw Pullers, 17.00% patients were students, 10.00% were laborer and 9.00% were policemen. Conclusion: It conclude that Varicocele epidemiology remains incompletely understood. We need well-designed, large-scale studies that include evaluation of important clinical factors to comprehend fully the epidemiological aspects of this condition.
