Salted fish is vulnerable to contamination by microbial. Staphylococcus epidermidis is one of the bacteria that can contaminate the salted fish. This research aims to isolate the Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria contamination in salted white snapper fish sold in Sibolga City, North Sumatra Province.
