OBJECTIVES/GOALS: The goal of this study was to examine the change in the odds of being diagnosed with metastatic cancer after the Affordable Care Act (ACA) among low-income, privately insured, nonelderly patients with newly diagnosed cancer. Low-income was defined as having income<250% FPL (federal poverty level).
