The present review highlights some of the details regarding the use of different allergy-specific immunotherapy (ASIT) to increase the immunogenicity and decrease allergic reactions against a particular protein or peptide used in this ASIT for better treatment or prevention against some well-known allergies, such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, and atopic dermatitis.
