The papers analysis the problem of organizing project teams to create conditions conducive to the seamless flow of knowledge between project participants and thus strengthen the team's synergy. Theoretical analysis and research of twenty two IT projects concluded that network organizations have a significant advantage over hierarchical ones in the following areas: progress monitoring, cooperation and knowledge transfer, and problem resolution.
