Measuring the performance of transit routes is critical toidentify transitoperational problems and effectivelymaximise their performance. This paper proposes a NDEA-based framework to evaluate the performance of individual bus routes within a transit network by an overall efficiency score and investigate the internal factors related to theirinefficiency.
