ÖZET 54 yaşında erkek hasta, varise bağlı yakınmalarla başvurdu. Venöz yetmezlik etiyolojisi olarak konstriktif pe-rikardit saptandı. Hasta cerrahi yöntemle başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edildi. Konstriktif perikarditli hastaların nadiren de olsa sadece venöz yetmezlik şikayetleri ile başvurabileceği akılda tutulmalıdır. Anahtar Sözcükler: Konstriktif perikardit, Perikardiektomi, Varis.
