This document compiles comments received at the September 8, 19&& public hearing on the 208 Water Quality Management Plan Alternatives Report. The comments generally expressed confidence in the 208 Study as well as expressed support for the two "action" alternatives as opposed to the "passive" alternative for handling the area's water quality problems. The document also represents the final summarization of the Solutions Preference Form of the Policy Advisory Committee meetings and of the several rounds of meetings with local officials.
