It is considered the innovative concept of blended learning and the circumstances of its use in the educational process of the University. The principles of formation of learning outcomes in the discipline and their decomposition into a module are presented. It is demonstrated the importance of the use of electronic environment for the successful achievement of learning outcomes. more » ... ducational process are given. Evaluation is considered not only as a result of the work, but also as a tool of achieving educational goals, subdividing it into formative and summative. The authors share experience of technological map module design according to the blended model for the bachelor students of the "Design" direction. There are also conclusions concerning the educational technology as a tool to achieve predictable learning outcomes.
