... d functioning of such industrial sites are determined, the minimum requirements imposed by the state on industrial parks to receive subsidies from management companies and residents to create and modernize infrastructure and apply preferential tax rates. The article also analyzes the dynamics of industry development based on the number of existing and created industrial parks, their occupancy by residents, the volume of investments made in production and infrastructure, the growth rate of creating new jobs and the geographical distribution in the context of federal districts. It is concluded that there is a need for organized production sites with the necessary infrastructure managed by a professional organization that eliminates the need for companies to engage in non-core activities. The reasons for the demand for industrial parks are considered, including those related to obtaining various economic effects in the process of operating activities from interaction with other residents through cooperation and localization of production.
