Interhemispheric supratentorial cystic-like fluid collections may be occasional findings occurring during the routine second trimester ultrasound screening. The correct diagnosis of the origin of the cyst is necessary for an adequate counseling: In most cases, the cyst is a benign finding but sometimes it can be the sign of a serious abnormality with neurological sequelae.
