The purpose of this study was determine the connection between gratitude and work stress on teachers in school for children with special needs. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 46 people who were taken using the quota sampling technique. The research data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Gratitude variable data collection uses The Gratitude Questionnaires Six Item Form
