Our approach is to utilize the compressed-sensing procedure at every layer in a controlled manner. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed monitoring devices need less transmission power than conventional systems. Additionally, secure, reliable, and real-time data transmission is possible with the compressed-sensing technique.
