The research sought to identify the degree of administrative and academic practices associated with managing cultural diversity among the heads of academic departments at the University of Tabuk from the viewpoints of the faculty members, which are attributed to some demographic factors: the nationality factor, the nature of the faculty factor, and the scientific rank factor. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire of the perceived cultural diversity management practices, and the results indicated that the heads of the various academic departments at the University of Tabuk possess high degrees in the practice of managing cultural diversity in its two components: administrative practices and academic practices, as well as there is no direct statistically significant effect of the demographic factors of interest in research in the practices of managing cultural diversity whether administrative practices or academic practices.
