Zur Dreistrahlinterferenz von Röntgen-Strahlen

The eigenvalue problem of the Ewald-v. Laue dynamical theory of X-ray diffraction by perfect absorbing crystals has been solved in the case of simultaneous diffraction of CuKα-radiation by the (lll) and (l̅ll) planes of Germanium. The calculated intensities of the three beams agree fairly well with those measured on platelets of different thickness.
