Applications of Nano-biotechnology assisted modern era not only in detecting pathogens but also to develop novel food packaging methodologies. In our study we investigated that Nano-particle mediated bacterial detection and Nano-Biocomposite packaging technology was successful. It was based on analyzing change in magnetic–spin relaxation time (Δt). more » ... meat samples that result in increase in the changes in spin-spin relaxation time (Δt) 82.36 ± 0.56, 85.24 ± 0.53. Plasma treated Zinc Oxide nanoparticles fused on Poly-hydroxy butyrate and Bacterial-cellulose produces effective biocomposite membrane for preserving milk and meat samples. Tensile strength increases by 25 % and inhibits bacterial growth of Staphylococcus by 68%.
