At present, in practice, in the field of cadastral valuation, it is possible to identify one can meet the most frequent cases of exceeding the cadastral value over the market value. The adoption of decisions on the conduct of the state cadastral valuation and the implementation of the customer's authority to determine the cadastral value of real estate, as well as the approval and publication in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation of the results of determining the cadastral value of real estate, the results of the state cadastral valuation of land and the average cadastral value for Territory of the municipal district (city district) of the Moscow region is carried out by the Ministry In the property relations of the Moscow region. In this article, the author examines issues related to the settlement of issues of the pre-judicial order of contesting the cadastral value in the dispute resolution commission on the results of determining the cadastral value in the territory of the Moscow Region.
