Relationship of Followership to Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, and Customer Orientation in Nurses

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among followership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and customer orientation in hospital nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 210 staff nurses in one university hospital. Data were analyzed using frequency, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression.
