From 1995 to 1998 he was an Associate Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Skopje, Macedonia. His research and professional interests include nonlinear science and its application, synchronization and control of chaos, chaos communication, information theory and cryptography. He has published in more than 16 different journals, including IEEE TRANSACTION ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS I and II.
