When writing the article, general scientific and special research methods were used for the basic imperatives of public investment administration. Results of work. In the course of writing the article, it was found that since the 2000s, international organizations have developed and applied in practice a number of new methods for assessing the quality of public investment management, based on assessing the project life cycle, integrating public infrastructure investments into the budget cycle, forming national indices (ratings) efficiency of public investments.
