... it was found that the factors that caused the occurrence of rape committed by minors were weak education, morals and/or personality, family, weak economy or poverty, and the environment. Meanwhile, the efforts made by law enforcers in the context of tackling the crime of rape committed by minors are continuously increasing, namely by preventive measures (prevention), including counseling, environmental guidance, spiritual showers in places prone to rape crimes. In addition, repressive efforts (actions) include detention, treatment or by giving an agreement so as not to repeat the act as well as curative efforts (healing) that are carried out, among others, by trying to eliminate the causes of the crime of rape in adolescents.
