The article deals with the processes of strategic activity of the enterprise, which operates in conditions characterized by market monopolization and facing the problem of decision making. The problem of economic decision–making is the problem of choosing one of the alternative economic actions, and it arises only when there is not only a real opportunity for a given economic entity, but also the need to choose between alternative actions. Any economic action begins with determining the

But the means to meet the needs (resources and technology) are always limited. This restriction is different. First, there is a natural inequality in the proportion of different benefits that exist in nature. Secondly, limitedness encompasses the benefits created by mankind. This applies not only to the stocks of these types of goods at the moment, but also to the possibilities of replenishing them in these conditions of market monopolization. Thus, the volume and degree of reproducibility of stocks of different goods characterize their limited relative to each other and find expression in the category of rarity of goods. Since any economic action means the consumption of some scarce resources and, at the same time, the diminishing ability to meet another need, the downside of the choice problem is the problem of saving – limiting and allocating funds to solve this problem to ensure that other economic needs are met.
