MEASUREMENTS OF INPLANE POLARIZATION TRANSFER COEFFICIENT IN24Mg(p,p') REACTION AT Ep=65 MeV

Elastic and inelastic spin rotation parameters K ,~' of protons scattered from 24Mg were measured for incident energies of 65MeV. Dirac phenomenology has been applied to the elastic and inelastic scattering from 24Mg. It was found that Dirac phenomenology succeded at lower energy and for the inelastic scattering. The value of Q2 moment of Dirac potential is different from that of Schrodinger potential.
