Traumatic dental injury (TDI) could have physical and psychosocial consequences for children. The aim of current study is to assess the prevalence and factors associated with traumatic dental injuries to permanent incisors among 12-yearold school children in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional survey using Ellis randomly selected 1,156 school children to assess the dental trauma to permanent incisors.
