The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of ankle fixation during pedaling to learn the skill to develop the performance of cycling. Three experiments were conducted to measure the cycling performance under the condition of the settled power (250W), the effects of ankle movement under the fixed crank position, and the maximum power in the maximum effort for 10 seconds.
