Objectives of Higher Education has been rebuilt since beginning of 21 st century for ensure access and recognition of previously excluded groups from the University. It was conduzed for some Laws like n. 11,645\2008 and Resolution n. 1\2004 of Brazilian Council of Education those guarantee themes about ethnic racial relations in the basic curriculum of undergraduating courses. ... ntributions of health manager in changes about institucional racism that settled in Brazilian Health System, this article aims to analyze how that course deals ethnic racial relations through its political-pedagogical project. Qualitative approach was used, in special Case Study. To delegate the responsibility to take this theme to others spaces at the University, as to indicate Free Education for this, and limit itself for incentive is understood there is no possibility to get about relevance of ethnic racial relations in Brazil. Others measures are also necessary such production and disseminate knowledge about this issue, inclusion of disciplines like health of black population and indigenous population, training of professors to work this theme with students across the board and dialoguing with demands of these excluded people.
