SYNTHESIS AND CONTROL OF THE BASIC PROPERTIES OF MATERIALS FOR MICROWAVE RESONATORS*

Mg 1-x Ca x TiO 3 , Ba 1-x Sr x (Zn 0,33 Ta 0,67)Ti 0,06 O 3 and Mg 1-x Zn x TiO 3·y CaTiO 3 compositions were obtained by solid state synthesis in order to be used as microwave resonators for small planar antennas. By regulating their chemical composition, a successful experiment has been made to control the main parameters: permittivity (å r), dielectric losses (tg δ), and temperature coefficient of frequency (ô f).
