Heterogeneity and the diverse causes of social problems are multiplying and most low-income communities are facing extremely difficult living conditions and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) are concerned to help improve social development. This study aims to: Promote alliances between CSOs to work together with programs that impact individual and social development of marginalized communities in the southern part of Sonora, Mexico.
