The goal of this research was to explain the influence of school climate and culture toward students disciplines attitude in SMPN 3 Terbanggi Besar in the school year 2015/2016. The method that used by the researcher in this research was quantitative descriptive. The researcher took 10% sample from 741 total students in SMP Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar in the school year 2015/2016 and get 74 students as the result. The researcher used questionnaire technique to get the data in this research. The result of the analysis by the researcher showed that there is significance and positive impact between the school climate and students disciplines attitude. It can be conclude if the school climate and culture are good so the students' disciplines attitude will be higher in SMPN Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar.
