Prima', 'Gala', 'Remo', 'Topáz', 'Idared', 'Releika', 'Resi', 'Rubinola', 'Rajka', 'Rewena' and 'Florina' apple cultivars, both from organic and integrated farming, from Pallag and Újfehértó, were compared.
