Workers exposed to high concentrations of diesel exhaust have reported the short-term health symptoms like cough, irritation of the eyes, nose and throat, light headedness, heartburn headache, weakness, numbness and tingling in extremities, chest tightness, wheezing, vomiting, etc., In the present study focused mainly on the nature of the work and the diseases related to diesel exhaust. From the study it was found out that there is a close co-relation between the nature of the work, person having other illegal behavior, non-usage of protective equipments and the respiratory problem.
