The aim of this research was to analyze the effect work discipline and leadership with work motivation as intervening variable towards work performance of CV. Restu. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan dengan variabel intervening motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Restu, Kota Banjar. Hasil penelitian adalah hipotesis pertama ditolak. Hipotesis kedua ditolak. Hipotesis ketiga ditolak. Hipotesis keempat ditolak. Hipotesa kelima ditolak. hipotesis keenam ditolak. Hipotesa Ketujuh diterima. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 3) Disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karawan; 5) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 6) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karawan; 7) Disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan.
