The aim of the present study was to find out the effects of 12 weeks of competitive phase specific training on basal levels of selected biochemical and haematological variables in male Taekwondo players. A total of 15 Indian male Taekwondo players (Age: 16.9 ± 1.4 years; Height: 173.5 ± 0.81 cm; Weight: 60.92 ± 11.79 kg, BMI: 20.04 ± 2.44 kg/m 2 ) were volunteered for this study.
