Objectives/Hypothesis: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is due to pharyngeal obstructions, which can take place at the level of the soft palate. Temperaturecontrolled radiofrequency ablation has been introduced as being capable of reducing soft tissue volume and excessive compliance.
