The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of raw food subjected to HPP technology on the haematological and biochemical parameters of the blood. The experiment included 20 clinically healthy pitbull dogs of the same weight and age, divided into three groups, which were studied in dynamics. The obtained results show an increase in Urea, ALB, and TP and a decrease in the values of Chol and ALP.
