The Total Supplier Management describes a cross-functional coordination model, communication model ans cooperation model which standardises the choise, integration, controlling and development of the suppliers. This becomes a successful factor of the business, because the whole network of the supplier is steered effeciently and cost-optimally. A co-operative cooperation of enterprise and supplier prevents friction losses in the interfaces and allows the use of common legal costs potentials. The
