Omega 3, zinc and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) are used as dietary supplements revealing an anti-inflammatory function. Individually they have been recognized as important players in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, there is no evidence of the synergic effect of omega 3, zinc and CoQ10 in RA.
