The role of the state and public organizations, as institutions, which regulate social and economic provision of persons with disabilities in the market of medical services, is substantiated. The purpose and components of the institutional regulation of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities are determined. It is established that the institutional regulation of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities in the medical services market can be considered in two aspects: legislative action at the state and regional level (it can be mainly disclosed in health policy); determination of the level of financial support and quality of medical services for persons with disabilities. The problem of institutional regulation has been highlighted as the settlement of rights and opportunities regarding the availability of social and economic resources.
