Patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrome (GTS) may exhibit decrements or increments of tics with heat. A 25 year old male presented for evaluation. Since 7 years of age, he experienced motor and phonic tics. At age 23 year, 5 months, he had his baseline evaluation. For the baseline evaluation please refer to Table 1 for objective assessments.
