As reviewers are the true core of a good journal, we want to make the review process efficient and attractive for them. How do you feel about your new role? I am really honoured, and look forward to becoming the new Editor-in-Chief. The real challenge for me is to build on the extraordinary success of the journal by becoming more global, promoting teamwork, and attracting readers, authors, and reviewers.
