Benign thyroid lesions are cellular differentiation into enormous sizes that can be seen from the outside without interfering with thyroid hormone. The FNAB and USG were used to diagnose thyroid lesions. Unilateral benign lesions may be treated with lobectomy or ithsmus lobectomy.
