This search usually is done as a singlecriterion in which agents negotiate on the unit criterion that typically is price. This type of negotiation usually doesn't enjoy from good performance due to lack of flexibility since several criteria must be examined in actual decision-making. The various agents of the buyer and seller in such system bargain for the criteria such as price, warranty and shipping time, and a variety of weights and values are assigned to these criteria.in fact, Any seller or buyer in the system is an agent who receives the offers from other agents in order to respond to them and tries to reach the contracts .According to the weights given to various criteria , the greatest benefit is associated with himself/herself while he/she can also reduce the risk which includes a transaction transferred to his/her competitors. In the thesis, the first phase of this problem has been extensively investigated and an innovative approach based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Fuzzy multi-criteria and probability theory is presented to solve it. The obtained results show the effectiveness of this approach which has been performed in the MATLAB simulation software and compared with the algorithm.
