Segmental Mandibular Resection for Conventional Ameloblastoma

Ameloblastoma is an aggressive slow growing benign epithelial odontogenic tumor usually associated with an unerupted third molar. In this report, we present the case of a 71-year-old male with a large swelling on the left mandibular region causing a remarkable facial asymmetry. After clinical, radiological and histopathological examinations the diagnosis of conventional ameloblastoma was made.
