Competition in getting jobs by SMK graduateds is very competitive. This need to be supported by competent graduated competencies appropriated to their expertise. Based on the data analyze with simple regression analysis, R Square resulting value of 0,840 means that implementation of industrial practice influenced competency test results of class XII TN SMK Negeri 2 Nganjuk by 84%, while the remaining 16% are caused by the other factors. Abstrak Persaingan yang dihadapi oleh lulusan SMK untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan sangat kompetitif, hal ini perlu didukung oleh kompetensi lulusan yang kompeten sesuai dengan keahliannya. Oleh karena itu siswa diharuskan melaksanakan praktek kerja industri (prakerin). Program ini diharapkan membantu siswa dalam melaksanakan ujian kompetensi dan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri (prakerin) terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian siswa kelas XII TN SMK Negeri 2 Nganjuk. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi dan sampel adalah siswa kelas XII TN dengan jumlah 63 siswa. Berdasarkan nilai R Square yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,840 artimya pelaksanaan prakerin berpengaruh terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian sebesar 84% sedangkan sisanya 16% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel pelaksanaan prakerin terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian siswa kelas XII TN SMK Negeri 2 Nganjuk.
