Initiating change imposes on us voicing out what is perceived as possible obstacles for innovative practices to disseminate. In fact, exploring actual ICT uses and understanding why learners and teachers resist using ICT helps framing the necessary strategy to follow in order to better respond to learners' communicative needs and expectations.
