The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that directly and indirectly affecting employee performance in Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as analyze the dominant factors that influence. The data in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 civil servants through a quota sampling technique. Data analysis includes correlation analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach Partial Least Square (PLS).
