Based on the theory of Leader-Member exchange, this paper explores the influence of Leader-Member Exchange on innovation behavior, especially the mediating role of psychological empowerment and the moderating role of emotional intelligence. By 247 bank employees of paired questionnaire survey and the results show that:(1) there was a significant positive correlation between Leader-Member exchange and innovation behavior; (2) psychological empowerment played a part of mediating role between
