An experimental study was performed to investigate the impact of production feedback and standards, singly as well as jointly , as moderators of the worker job attitudes-productivity relationship in a repetitive production task. There was no substantial or consistent correlation between worker job attitudes and productivity and the correlation coefficient values in general were not statistically significant .
